Mentalwear supports associations working in the fields of mental health and
social welfare.
During 2004 - 2005 we designed T-shirts for Finnish TV channel SubTV's
summer campaigns. The T-shirts for this campaign questioned the concepts
of normality and mental illness. Finnish actors, models and musicians
volunteered as models for the TV spots. These T-shirts raised over 40000
Euros, which was donated to the The
Finnish Association for Mental Health .
During 2006 Mentalwear collaborated with The Finnish Alzheimer Association and
The Finnish Aids Council.
In 2007 we support the Girls' House (Tyttöjen talo) in Helsinki. Mariko,
the vocalist of Kwan, has designed the special "Hands off Creep" T-shirts
for this campaign.
